usmedicalgroup.org/ aims to make health information readable, mobile-friendly and easy to navigate. Many users visit health pages when they are stressed, searching quickly, or trying to help a family member. Clear design is therefore part of user safety.

External limitations

Provider portals, insurer websites, PDFs, maps, government pages and third-party services may not follow the same accessibility approach. We cannot control those websites, but we can improve how we link to and explain them.
